Let's Go for a Pint at Dittisham

We had a short holiday in the South Hams area. We took loads of photos all along the picturesque route during a leisurely boat trip from Totnes to Dartmouth. Dittisham in particular caught my eye and, following a series of sketches, was turned into a textile collage.

Meadowsweet Along the Exe - in a driftwood frame

Walking along the Exe one sunny summer afternoon we were amazed at the types of flowers out. Ox Eye Daisies and Meadowsweet amongst them. It was a lovely walk. I had never seen Topsham from this angle and was inspired to represent what I was seeing as a textile picture.
